7. Jon Vaughn -- Playing only four seasons in the NFL. Vaughn was originally drafted 112th by the New England Patriots in 1991. Used mostly as a kick returner due to the Patriots already having Leonard Russell as their featured back. Despite the limited time at running back in his second season Vaughn led the team in rushing yards. With the limited amount of carries the Patriots started to notice a disturbing trend with the young running back. In 113 carries Vaughn had fumbled six times with the other team recovering five of them. In the off season a trade was made with the Seattle Seahawks. Used very sparingly Vaughn rushed for 113 yards in 26 carries. 1994 started with Vaughn getting more opportunities but his fumbles started to rise as well. Forcing the team to cut him. Kansas City signed Vaughn to finish out the season as a kick returner. Despite a great season in the position the Chiefs released Vaughn during training camp in 1995.

8. Lamar Lathon -- Drafted 15th in the 1990 draft by the Houston Oilers. Lathon played nine seasons during his career. Five of those seasons with the Oilers, and four with the Carolina Panthers. In his second season Lathon had his best career wise in every category except sacks and assisted tackles. Those two came in 1996 which was also Lathon's one pro-bowl appearance. For his career Lathon finished with 37.5 sacks, 414 tackles, and four interceptions.

9. Ed King -- A guard drafted out of Auburn with the 29th pick by the Cleveland Browns. King played a total of six seasons. Three of those with the Browns and the other three with the New Orleans Saints. Playing all 16 games his first two seasons his career went downhill from there. Only playing sixteen games one other season. Kings games played dropped way down. While I couldn't find any information I would assume injuries must have taken their toll on King.

10. Moe Gardner -- Drafted by the Atlanta Falcons with the 87th pick in the 1991 draft. The Defensive Tackle played in only six seasons for the Falcons. Improving his tackles for his first three seasons. In season four Gardner's tackles declined considerably. The free-fall continued for the next two seasons before Gardner was out of the league.

11. Barry Foster -- The 128th draft pick in 1990 by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Foster a running back played in only five seasons. With a promising future and running for 1,690 yards in 1992. His next two seasons would be hampered by injuries. Adding in the rise of a new young running back by the name of Bam Morris. At the end of 1994 Foster was pushed out of Pittsburgh. Attempting to keep his career alive Foster signed with the Bengals. Before playing one game Foster rethought his decision and retired.

12. Eric Green -- A tight end drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the 21st pick in 1990. Playing ten seasons for the Steelers, Dolphins, Ravens, and Jets. Green had a consistent career with numbers that weren't amazing. A two time pro-bowl player in 1993 and 1994 while with the Steelers. In 1995 Green signed a contract with the Miami Dolphins. While with the Dolphins Green's poor work ethnic and weight problems led to the team releasing him. Later in the season he was able to sign on and play with the Ravens, where he played for three years. One last disappointing season with the Jets and his career was over.
