Team 2000- Football 25-30

 25. Lawrence Dawsey -- A third round pick at 66 by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Playing seven seasons with the Buccaneers, Giants, and Saints. Dawsey made 240 receptions for 3,271 yards. Despite playing for the seven years he made very little impact on the field. After his retirement Dawsey has became a receivers coach first at LSU, moving on to USF, and then his current position at his Alma mater Florida Sate

26. Keith McCants -- Picked 4th by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1990. McCants was expected by some to be the possible #1 overall but a rumor of knee problems dropped him to 4th. Originally a linebacker, due to his size McCants was convinced to play defensive end. Making only two sacks and 44 tackles the Buccaneers convinced it was his best position kept the project going. Playing three seasons for Tampa Bay McCants was eventually cut by the team in 1993. Signing with Houston McCants played for the Oilers until being traded to Arizona in 1994. Finishing his career in 1995 with 13.5 sacks and 184 tackles.

27. Broderick Thomas -- A linebacker drafted out of Nebraska 6th by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1989. Playing nine years for the Buccaneers, Lions, Vikings, and Cowboys. Thomas had average career numbers at best. Accumulating 47.5 sacks and making 643 tackles. His after NFL life has been one of the more documented cases of what football's effects are on former players.

28. Mike Pritchard -- The 13th pick and second in the first round of the 1991 draft by the Atlanta Falcons. Pritchard played 9 seasons in the NFL with only three for the Falcons. The fifth faster player in history to reach 200 receptions. Pritchard finished his career with 422 receptions for 5187 yards.

29. Bruce Pickens -- A first round pick and 3rd overall by the Atlanta Falcons in 1991. A cornerback who only played four season with four different teams. Possibly the worst pick ever by the Falcons  he managed to play in only 48 games for his career. Pickens most interesting season came in 1993 as he played for three of his four teams that one season. Making only two interceptions and 88 tackles for what was a disappointing career.

30. Todd Lyght -- The 5th pick in the 1991 draft by the Los Angeles Rams.  Lyght played 10 seasons for the Rams before playing his last 2 with the Lions. A one time Pro-Bowl and Super Bowl Champion in 1999. During his 12 year career Lyght had 37 interceptions, Four of which were for touchdowns, and made 732 tackles. At the age of 33 Lyght returned a blocked field goal for a touchdown to become the oldest player to do so.
